Unboxed HubSpot sales tools

These are the HubSpot features you can take advantage of to save time or retrieve information

Calls/Conversation Intelligence

What is it? Recorded Zoom calls (Teams not currently supported) are transcribed and key terms are tracked.

Use case: Did I remember to talk about our new reporting feature during my recent Spoke demo?

Target Accounts

What is it? Account-based marketing. Track key contacts, activities and deals for your most important customers from one dashboard.

Use case: Keeping track of how many open deals you have for all of your P1 accounts and when your next meeting is with each of them.

Lists

What is it? Segments of records based on filters we choose. Lists can be contacts, companies or deals and can be static or active.

Use case: I want a list of contacts at companies I'm the owner of who are Spoke clients but haven't purchased custom training.

Snippets

What is it? The ability to save small pieces of text for use in conversations/emails. Usually a sentence or paragraph.

Use case: Marketing/positioning language that you often use when emailing a prospect.

Templates

What is it? Sales email templates that can include personalization tokens.

Use case: A templated email used to introduce a new client to their project manager. You can use a template either in HubSpot or in Outlook.

Sequences

What is it? A series of sales activities (calls/emails/etc) that a contact can be enrolled in that should help you with outreach timing. This is meant to be a more personalized touch than a generic marketing email. This should be sent to a specific segment of our contact list and not for mass broadcast. Think dozens of contacts not hundreds.

Use case: A product launch.

Prospecting

What is it? A tool from HubSpot that allows sales to see their tasks, sequences and meetings in one dashboard.

Use case: See who you have meetings with today and get quick access to their HubSpot records.

Forecast

What is it? Track progress toward sales goals and forecast based on the current pipeline.

Use case: See how close you are to meeting your sales goal for the quarter and what in-flight deals will help you reach it.

Coaching Playlists

What is it? A new tool that allows sales managers to put together a highlight reel from recorded calls.

Use case: What good looks like during a Spoke demo.

Meetings

What is it? Calendar links for individuals and round-robin distribution.

Use case: Let a contact book time with you to meet. You can even insert proposed meeting times.

Playbooks

What is it? A guide, script or form that can be used to update a contact, company or deal. These used to be just straight call scripts but HubSpot recently added additional functionality that make them much more versatile.

Use case: Take notes during or after a discovery call with a prospect so you can associate it with a contact, company and deal.

Quotes

What is it? Ability to create a quote for a deal.

Use case: We create more personalized proposals using our internal template. However, the more basic HubSpot template could potentially be used for showing a client the next Spoke pricing tier or an add-on if they need a proposal rather than an SOW.

Feedback Surveys

What is it? Client surveys that can be sent and then reported on. Think NPS.

Use case: We send NPS scores once clients are finished onboarding onto Spoke and when a project is delivered. You will be notified when one of your clients completes an NPS survey.

Reports/Dashboards

What is it? Reports and collections of reports.

Use case: See your sales by month broken down by product.

Analytics Tools

What is it? Curated specialty metrics to gauge effectiveness.

Use case: Track how many meetings you've had this quarter or which email templates get the most replies.
